Delete Your Account

How to request deletion

Email hello@hecronltd.com from the email address linked to your FanAmigo account, with the subject "FanAmigo account deletion request". We may ask you to confirm the request before we act on it.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and account details (name, email, username, preferences).
• Content you created, such as Amigo conversations, game entries and leaderboard records.
• Usage data linked to your account.

What we keep, and for how long

• Transaction records needed for tax and accounting purposes, kept for up to 6 years as required by UK law.
• Records needed to prevent fraud or abuse, or to resolve disputes, kept only as long as necessary.
• Anonymised, aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you.

We complete deletion within 30 days of your request. Deleting your account does not cancel an app store subscription; cancel it in your Apple App Store or Google Play settings.
