This policy explains how HECRON LTD ("HECRON", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website at hecronltd.com and our products, including the FanAmigo mobile app and the SensibleStats chat agent (together, the "Services").

Who we are

HECRON LTD is the data controller for personal data processed through the Services. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17184702), with our registered office at Tileman House, 131-133 Upper Richmond Road, London, England, SW15 2TR.

Data we collect

• Account information: such as your name, email address, username, and any profile details you choose to add.
• Content you provide: such as preferences (for example favourite teams), messages you send to chat assistants, game entries, and support requests.
• Usage and device data: such as app interactions, device model, operating system, app version, language, approximate location derived from IP address, and crash and performance logs.
• Purchase information: if you make in-app purchases or subscribe, the app store (Apple or Google) processes your payment. We receive confirmation of the transaction but not your full card details.

We do not knowingly collect special category data, and we do not sell your personal data.

How we use your data

• To provide, maintain and secure the Services and your account (performance of a contract).
• To run games, competitions, leaderboards and rewards you take part in (performance of a contract).
• To respond to support requests and send service messages (performance of a contract and legitimate interests).
• To understand how the Services are used, fix problems and improve features (legitimate interests).
• To send marketing messages, only where you have opted in. You can opt out at any time (consent).
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations (legal obligation).

Who we share data with

We share personal data only as needed to run the Services, with trusted service providers who host and operate the Services on our behalf, with Apple and Google for app distribution and payments, and with professional advisers or authorities where required by law. Service providers process data only on our instructions and under contracts that require them to protect it.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens we rely on adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum.

How long we keep data

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records longer for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@hecronltd.com. We will reply within one month.

Children

The Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Features involving competitions or rewards may have higher age limits, which are set out in their rules. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls and regular review of our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If the changes are significant, we will also tell you in the app.
