Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You must give accurate information and be old enough to use the Service under the law where you live.

You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes breaking the law, interfering with or disrupting the Services, trying to gain unauthorised access, scraping or reselling data without permission, or cheating in games and competitions.

Content and intellectual property

We, or our licensors, own the Services and their content, including software, data, designs and trademarks. You may use them only as the Services allow. You keep ownership of content you submit, and you give us a licence to use it to operate and improve the Services.

Information and AI features

Statistics, predictions and AI-generated responses are provided for information and entertainment only. They may contain errors and are not financial, betting or professional advice.

Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their terms apply to payment, renewal and refunds.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will tell you in the Service or on this page before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although consumers living elsewhere in the UK may bring claims in their local courts.
